THE HOUSE AT MOTRIL
Situated on the side of a hill about 3Km.
east of the town of Motril. There is a
splendid view of the river Guadalfeo
valley and surrounding hills. This is a
strategic point for predicting the
weather conditions along the coast and
some of our flying sites are barely 5
minutes from the house. The sea is just 3km away and there is an air of absolute tranquillity, interupted only by birds’ song and the serenade of the cicadas.

The house sits in its own grounds with several gardens and terraces. Each of these has its own personality, so you can stretch out and sunbath, sit under a tree for a quiet read or just lean on a bar, whichever takes your fancy.
The house is centred around a very large garden room which is extremely spacious and picturesque. Within this garden-room there is a plunge pool, steam-room, jacuzzi, bar, barbecue and TV. It leads onto a large sunlit terrace. In all, there is accommodation to sleep 25:

- On the top floor there are 3 double rooms plus bathrooms and large terrace. - On the ground floor there are 2 big bedrooms with shared toilets and showers: main kitchen: large dining area and classroom ajoining the garden room.

If you wish to visit the town in the evenings and non flyable days, there is a minibus, car, motorcyle or mountain bikes available for your personal use, as required.
